to a “Year of Biblical Literacy”
In 2018 we are excited to bring you "A Year Of Biblical Literacy" and pray that you will take this journey with us, engage yourself and loved ones to grow in faith...because we know that... "faith comes by hearing and hearing from the word of God". Our desire and heart for the Church family is to make bible reading a spiritual discipline that is exciting, enjoyable and fruitful. When we systematically read, meditate and memorize scripture it nourishes our souls, hearts and minds.
Reading scripture is how we become “biblically literate” empowering us to be disciples and committed followers of Jesus, to live transformed lives and become the change ambassadors for our families, communities and our culture for Him. We have provided resources designed to help us in our daily and weekly walk through the bible. Below are some resources to get us started and to guide us throughout the year.
365 Days of Scripture Reading:
Our hope & prayer is that we immerse ourselves in the scriptures daily, to experience the presence, character and eternal life in Jesus.
Technology has afforded us the convenience of having several scripture resources easily accessible. Below are a couple of websites we recommend, fully equipped with apps for your computers, phones and devices. Enjoy your journey in “A Year Of Biblical Literacy”.
